These Terms govern your access to and use of Ask KAILASA websites, applications, and related services for individual users.

Scope and Agreement

You may submit input to the services and receive generated output. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you retain rights in your input and may use output for lawful purposes.

Because AI systems are probabilistic, output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs provided to others. You must evaluate outputs before relying on them in important decisions.

5. Our IP Rights

We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including software, models, interfaces, trademarks, and branding, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

No rights are granted except those explicitly described in these Terms.

7. Termination and Suspension

You may stop using the services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates security, legal, or operational risk.

Where feasible, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal through support channels.

8. Discontinuation of Services

We may modify or discontinue some or all services. If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide commercially reasonable notice and applicable prepaid value handling as required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

You assume responsibility for your use of outputs and for independent verification where needed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to services is limited to the greater of amounts you paid for the relevant service during the prior 12 months or USD 100, except where law prohibits such limitation.

11. Indemnity

If you use services on behalf of a business or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and personnel from third-party claims, losses, and costs arising from your use of services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before formal legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution through support/contact channels.

Where permitted by applicable law and contractually agreed, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and class or representative proceedings may be limited.

Any mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply where they cannot be waived.
